It's Time for Open Enrollment |
|
The open enrollment period for Los Angeles Jewish Home residents who are interested
in joining a Medicare Advantage plan began on Oct. 15, 2019 and will last through
Dec. 7, 2019. Individuals currently enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan
should also meet with their plan's representative during this period to learn about
changes to their benefits for 2020. |

|
To help Los Angeles Jewish Home residents choose the best Medicare Advantage
plan for them, the Home has hired a Health Plan Liaison, Maria Carreon, LVN (Licensed
Vocational Nurse). With extensive previous experience working
at a health plan and at skilled nursing facilities in the Los Angeles area, Carreon
will serve as a resource for residents seeking answers about their healthcare plans. |
